La fideu\u00e1 igualmente se prepara en una paella (una sart\u00e9n grande).<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fideu\u00e1<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ingredientes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>500 gramos de pasta gruesa.<\/li>\n<li>200 gramos de gambas.<\/li>\n<li>250 gramos de rape.<\/li>\n<li>250 gramos de sepia o calamar.<\/li>\n<li>4 grandes cangrejos de r\u00edo.<\/li>\n<li>1 taza grande de tomate triturado.<\/li>\n<li>2 dientes de ajo.<\/li>\n<li>1 pimiento rojo.<\/li>\n<li>Azafr\u00e1n.<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n<li>Sal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Separa las conchas de la gamba (pero no las deseches). Limpia la sepia o el calamar y el rape. Precalienta el horno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cocinar las conchas de las gambas y las sobras del rape durante 20 minutos en una olla grande llena de agua y un poco de sal, \u00e9sta ser\u00e1 la base del caldo. Una vez hecho esto cuela las conchas.<\/p><div class=\"74a2076690132da1cea5362c8c812f7d\" data-index=\"3\" style=\"float: none; margin:10px 0 10px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- tussabores336 -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:inline-block;width:336px;height:280px\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2377007002517250\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"9526455372\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En una paella o sart\u00e9n caliente coloca el aceite, una vez que se alcanza una temperatura alta agrega el cangrejo, las gambas, el rape y el calamar o la sepia cortada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Saltea los ingredientes durante unos minutos, retira del fuego y coloca en un plato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el mismo aceite fr\u00ede el ajo, a\u00f1ade el azafr\u00e1n, el piment\u00f3n, el tomate triturado y la sal.
