La consistencia del arrope debe ser espesa (jarabe), y se puede considerar como una mermelada.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El ingrediente principal es el mosto de uva, pero de acuerdo a cada regi\u00f3n se a\u00f1aden diferentes elementos tales como: frutas secas, nueces, calabaza o mel\u00f3n macerado con canela, etc.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Receta del arrope<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ingredientes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3 litros de mosto de uva.<\/li>\n<li>24 higos frescos.<\/li>\n<li>1 mel\u00f3n peque\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>1 calabaza peque\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<li>Agua mineral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cocina el mosto a fuego lento hasta que se reduzca a un tercio de la cantidad original (si has utilizado 3 litros, debes dejar 1 litro).<\/p><div class=\"cc394295cdc9f29c497f2bb532f7e94a\" data-index=\"3\" style=\"float: none; margin:10px 0 10px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- tussabores336 -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:inline-block;width:336px;height:280px\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2377007002517250\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"9526455372\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mientras el mosto se cocina, corta la calabaza por la mitad, pela, quita las semillas y luego corta en trozos. Col\u00f3cala en una sart\u00e9n bien cubierto en agua y cocina durante 20 minutos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez hecho esto, elimina el agua y deja enfriar en el mismo contenedor. Una vez que est\u00e9 fr\u00eda, escurre y exprime con los dedos para aflojarla un poco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cortar los higos en cuartos y quita la piel.
