El nombre proviene del Casar de C\u00e1ceres, porque ah\u00ed es donde el queso se origin\u00f3.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo especial acerca de este queso es que se cura usando un cardo silvestre.
