Es un ponche de vino que se origin\u00f3 durante el siglo 15, y se hizo tan popular que se extendi\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente a Portugal y a las colonias espa\u00f1olas.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La sangr\u00eda hizo especialmente popular en Europa durante el siglo 19, ya que se serv\u00eda entre la alta sociedad y los partidos aristocr\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los ingredientes t\u00edpicos de la sangr\u00eda son vino tinto, frutas, brandy o co\u00f1ac, miel o az\u00facar y agua de soda.
